Police reference.

Certified copy of Identification pages of passport.
Resume of each Director.
Last Income Tax Returns.
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation.
Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association.
The reasons for the establishment of the US Dollar account .
The type of business the company is involved in.
NOTE: Due diligence enquiries must performed on each director, shareholder or senior officer of the company. If the application for the account is approved, the account will first be an EC Dollar account. Subsequently, a letter should be written to the bank requesting a US Dollar account.
